The project aims to design a high rise luxury hotel and residence with Ritz Carlton(HOTEL Brand) in Worli, Mumbai . The major focuses of this high rise is designing a sustainable urban structure. The structure is evolved by developing the mass based on the geographical and climatic conditions of the site. This vertical tower design is focused to reduce the negative impact of tall buildings on environmental pollution by molding the structure with respect to geographical position, technical rules, immunization, green spaces, direct of wind, appropriate distance to other buildings, design in terms of visibility and landscape and urban appearance.
