The project aims to design a midrise apartment near an IT park. The apartment is mostly intended for people who work in the IT park. Lack of social interaction is the major problem concerning these people. The apartment building is designed by major focus on community value and open spaces for interaction on all floors. Other focuses are the views from each apartment and passive architecture principles for natural ventilation ,making the space as a stress relief from their workplace. The design is evolved by scooping down of rectangular mass to create levels.
