First destination of my European tour was to England. Every destination has its own beauty and uniqueness, so does the evergreen beauty of England. The Stone hedge standing proudly as the British cultural Icon was the one which mesmerized me the most this time.

Never have I imagined a stack of stone could be this Relaxing and I could spend hours just looking at it. When the slow blowing wind chilled my bare skin, my mind got chilled by the breathtaking beauty of this monument.

As I neared to the monument, I got intimidated by the monstrosity of the free-standing stones. The stones perfectly organized in circular pattern was done with utmost geometric precision. The inner ring of smaller bluestone overlooking the sunrise on the summer solstice explains nature in its purest form. The trilithons, perfectly balancing the vertical stones forever is nature revealing itself as art, architecture and arithmetic.

I had just finished my first year of architecture and suddenly, the columns and beams, symmetry, balance and everything my professors took hours to make us understand made perfect sense to me. The power of sight is so mystical, and travelling is so disciplined. Earth is the greatest architecture, and I am on my way exploring, one by one each of its seraphic beauties.
